Frequently Asked Questions

The remaining balance of the photo package selected is due at the time of the session or clients may pay the full amount upfront if they desire to. NO CASH will be accepted at the end of the session, only Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal, or Apple Pay for the remaining balance due. The total cost covers the time and talent of photographer, retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer. ALL sales are FINAL. If client is dissatisfied with service rendered, we will do our best to rectify the situation.

When will I receive my images after my shoot?

After your photoshoot, you will receive your professionally retouched photos within 2-7 business days after you've made your selection. If you purchased the edits only package, you will receive your photos within 24-48 hours.

How will I receive my photos?

Photos will be sent via Dropbox and will include "PROOF" watermarking.

Will I get my RAW photos?

RAW photos are not included but can be purchased for an additional $50. Unedited images from your photo session will not to be posted or used anywhere online without the photographer and client’s consent.

Can I get additional photos edited?

Yes, Additional edits can be purchased for $20 each.
